right i've done someting very stupid?
okay me and my mum had an argument yesterday in town and i ran away in tears so when i got home i was so upset and i started to harm my self with a very sharp compass a couple of hours later i found some plasters and quickly covered up my wrist but when i looked at it this morning it was all yellow and sticky i think it might he infected but i don't want to tell my mum and i don't have any disinfectant in my house i've self harmed my self about 4 times now so i know that's not as bad has over people but i try to stop but i can't for some reason.
i hurt my self to see if still feel pain. and i don't want to go see a doctor either what shall i do any past experiences
sometimes i bite and scratch my self too when i'm anrgy i like to take it out on my self rather than any1 else and help dont say any mean comments i no its stupid
This happened to me I still have scares from years ago when i was very unhappy and as the same cried and ran up in my room too find razors.
but put some anti disinfectant cream on it should help or keep cleaning it may hurt but its worth getting rid off.
from past experience its not worth it take up boxing or maybe listen to music very loud it should help get the stress and anger away.
i told my mum and she understood and helped me .. its not something you should hide otherwise it gets worse.
